Наведено результати наукових досліджень, які характеризують методологічні та конструктивно-технологічні принципи послідовності розроблення адаптованих коренезбиральних машин, призначених для одночасного збирання коренеплодів цукрових, кормових, столових буряків і малорозмірних (за довжиною) сортів моркви. На основі проведеної класифікації існуючих викопувальних і очисних робочих органів коренезбиральних машин розроблено структурну модель і запропоновано алгоритм ідентифікації процесу розроблення конструктивно-компонувальної схеми адаптованого викопувального транспортно-очисного комбінованого робочого органу та адаптованого транспортно-очисного комбінованого робочого органу, а також адаптованої коренезбиральної машини загалом.
The authors present the results of scientific research characterizing methodological, as well as structural and technological principles of sequence of the adapted root-harvesting machines (ARHM) development, designed for simultaneous harvesting of the sugar beets, mangel-wurzel beets, beetroots and small-size (in length) sorts of carrots. Scientific conception and algorithm of the adapted root-harvesting machines while interpreting the structural models of the adapted combined operation members as well as the statement of the methodological characteristics of construction-technological features of their application, have been developed. The algorithm of the adapted root-harvesting machines development encompasses: classification of the available root-harvesting machines, their digging and cleaning operation members basing on complex systematization criteria; development of the structural model of the adapted combined operation members, designed for excavation and cleaning of the roots piles; identification of development process of structural layout schemes of the adapted digging and cleaning combined operation members (ADCCOM), and adapted cleaning combined operation members; development of the structural layout scheme of the adapted root-harvesting machine in general. Based on the conducted classification of the available root-harvesting machines digging and cleaning operation members, the structural model of development process of basic (digging and cleaning) adapted transport technological systems of root-harvesting machine has been developed. Based on the structural models of basic transport-technological systems (TTS) of root-harvesting machine, the algorithm of identifying the development process of structural layout scheme of adapted digging and cleaning combined operation members and adapted cleaning combined operation members has been proposed. Taking into account the peculiarities of roots and technological processes of their harvesting, the structural and technological scheme of the adapted root-harvesting machine has been developed. |
